How do refunds affect payouts?
Refunds are deducted from your next available payout. If you process a refund after the original transaction has already settled, the refund amount is offset against incoming volume; if your incoming volume isn't enough to cover the refund, the difference is debited from your bank account directly. Tracking your refund rate is important because high refund volumes can delay payouts or trigger reserve requirements.
