We are a diversified, agile, fast-growing, technology-oriented Fintech company who aims to simplify the day-to-day operations of e-commerce online stores in any size and are innovating and developing the future of payments. As part of this new role, you will be our HR Manager responsible forRecruiting, headhunting, implementing HR procedures, management of vendors (HR software, recruitment agencies, etc.), Organizational Structure planning, HR operations, and much more.

This role is a hands-on position combined with the opportunity to create the HR team from scratch in the future, as the company grows.
This role will oversee HR and Ops globally, across all our subsidiaries and branches.

What you have

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment & Headhunting in a Tech company - Must
  • At least 2 years of experience in Global HR management / Team Leadership / handling of multiple branches worldwide -  position in a Tech company - Must
  • Familiar with GDPR & Employment Laws and statutory regulation with experience working with Legal / advisors to apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws of each country’s branch, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
  • Proven history of working for a startup OR a dynamic company OR a Hyper-Growth company
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR/Business related or any other relevant field.
  • Professional level in English is mandatory.
  • Ability to get things done and do it on your own, you are a team player but can also take decisions independently and move fast

What you will do

As an HR Manager you will have the following ongoing main duties:

  • Hands on work with recruiting, onboarding/off boarding procedures, & managing people in multiple branches at a global experience. 
  • Develop compensation and benefit plans.
  • Defining HR policies and procedures and implementing them.
  • Advising management on personnel management issues.
  • Manage relocation and immigration processes for new employees.
  • Facilitate new employees onboarding programs for new hires. 
  • Remain current on trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to compete in the market and within the industry.
  • Identify and choose vendors for the legal part of HR Operations, as well as recruitment agencies
  • Consult senior management in building the right structure as well as maintaining it
  • This position may require frequent travel
